As more and more phone numbers are needed across the country, new area codes are assigned / moved and exchanges are designated / re-designated causing confusion regarding where the call was actually placed to. The City / State Update will allow you to keep the Destination database in Tapit EX and Tality accurate thereby detailing correct information on call accounting reports.

The City / State Update is easily installed with a minimum of time invested. No manual data entry is needed.
