Tality Call
Accounting software is specifically
designed for the service industry,
allowing businesses to generate additional
revenue as well as monitor telephone
activity. Tality is the Call Accounting
software of choice for the hospitality
industry, colleges and universities,
marinas, call centers, shared tenant
offices, school systems, country clubs,
camps, and more. Tality is fully MS
Windows® compatible and easy to
use.
Tality can now interface with ANY
Property Management Systems (PMS)
on the market today. This is made
possible by way of a user definable
output to the PMS. Tality captures
SMDR data, prices the call as instructed
by you, reformats the priced call
information and exports it to your
PMS system automatically. The program
offers flexible pricing with three
options for marking up calls: Adding
a surcharge (by minute and/or call),
multiplying the call expense, and
a combination of both.

- Multiple recurring charges can be
associated with the same guest/user.
- A guest/user can be assigned a unique
recurring charge.
- Tality 5 is equipped with new navigation
elements that make getting to the desired
screens easy and fast.
- Tality 5 tracks and reports on internal,
transferred and abandoned calls.
- A guest/user extension length has
been increased to 10 digits.
- A guest/user can be assigned unlimited
number of extensions.
- The Call Filter screen has been expanded.
- Report headers can now be customized
to use company logos or custom text.
- Previously printed invoices can now
be easily listed and reprinted using
the Tality Billing History report.
- Tality 5 has a new “Expanded Phone
Activity by Date” report. Depending
on the phone system this Tality report
will report on Internal, Transferred
and Abandoned calls.
- Any report can be scheduled to run
any time. This includes invoices and
reprinting invoices using the Billing
History report.
- The Call Editor screen has been improved.
- New Export Utility facilitates export
of Call Details, Departments or Guests/Users
data into the Comma Delimited (.csv),
Excel (.xls), or Tab Delimited (.txt)
files.
- New TALITY installation program facilitates
application upgrade and transfer of
old TALITY data.

This file will extract to a folder C:\Tality5_CD.
To install Tality please double click on
the Setup.exe file in Tality5
folder and view Tality Manual for installation
instructions.
NOTE: If you are curently running
older version of Tality please make sure
the old TALITY application and the SMDR
Monitor are CLOSED before proceeding with
Tality 5 installation. |
