TAPIT WEB REPORTS - version 4.1.9.77.st (TAPIT EX MULTI-USER required)
To use Tapit Web Reports version 4.1.9.77.st you need to have TAPIT EX Multi-User installed and working

This version is an update to Tapit Web Reports versions prior to 4.1.9.77.st , distributed with Replay ST call recording software.

New features:
  • Session time for Web Reports has been increased up to an hour. Replay Web user is notified five minutes before session expires.
  • Email feature - provided you have SMTP email server you can send voice files via email.
Following issues have been corrected:
  • Issue in version 4.1.8.7 only - clicking on voice record (when displayed by day - not directly from Web Reports) did not play it but instead triggered a script error.
  • Permission screen did not reflect all sub department permissions.
  • Some detail reports did not give access to Replay Web (voice files viewer).
  • Installation program recreates IIS replayfiles folder if needed.

Upgrading:
  • TAPIT_WEB_419_77_ST.exe is a self-extracting file. It contains Tapit Web Reports installation files.
  • Download TAPIT_WEB_419_77_ST.exe file using the link below.
    Save TAPIT_WEB_419_77_ST.exe to the disk on your computer.
  • Open the folder where TAPIT_WEB_419_77_ST.exe resides and double-click on it to open the self-extractor screen.
  • Enter the appropriate path to unzip. Click on Unzip.
  • Go to the folder where unziped files reside. Open and print the Readme file (this file is provided in text, Acrobat Reader and Microsoft Word formats) or click here to open the Readme file in Acrobat Reader format.
  • Double click on TapitReps.EXE file. The installation screen appears.
  • Follow installation instructions from the Readme file.


    Note:
    The Internet Information Services (IIS) permissions have to be set properly.
    You will be asked to provide the user account information during installation. This account will be used by IIS to run Tapit Web Reports and access Replay voice files it needs Full Control permissions to the local TapitWeb folder (where Tapit Web Reports have been installed) and its subfolders as well as TAPIT database folder and the folder where Replay Files are stored by Replay Server.
