Upgrading:
If you have
a version prior to Tapit Web Reports
4.1.5.0 (versions prior 4.1.5.0 were distributed
on TAPIT EX CDs 4.1.4 and ealier) installed
on your computer, uninstall it using the
Start/Tapit Web Reports/Uninstall Tapit
Reports option prior to a new Tapit
Web Reports installation.
If you are upgrading 4.1.5.0 or later
version (TAPIT EX CD 4.1.5 and later)
of Tapit Web Reports You can simply run
new installation without uninstalling. Old
files will be updated. However, if want
to uninstall and are using the permissions
feature then YOU HAVE TO BACK-UP the permissions
database first. If you neglect to do
this, uninstalling will delete your permission
settings - for more information on installation
see Readme
file, the Upgrading TAPIT Web Reports
ver. 4.1.5 and higher topic of the Upgrading
TAPIT Web Reports section.

Note:
The Internet Information Services (IIS) permissions have to be set
properly.
You will be asked to provide the
user account information during installation. This account will
be used by IIS to run Tapit Web Reports and access Replay voice files it
needs Full Control permissions to the local TapitWeb folder
(where Tapit Web Reports have been installed) and its
subfolders as well as TAPIT database folder and the folder where Replay Files are stored by Replay Server.
During the first time installation an IIS virtual folder "ReplayFiles" is created on the computer where Replay Files
(voice files from Replay Boxes) are stored. By default this is the same computer Web Reports is installed.
If you did not change the default settings and upgraded your version of Tapit Web Reports for Replay TX then you need to make sure that
ReplayFiles virtual folder exists and is a subfolder of TapitReps virtual folder in IIS.
The IIS ReplayFiles virtual folder points to the physical folder where voice files from Replay Boxes are stored and it is used by Web Reports to play recordings.
If this folder does not exist Web Reports will not be able to play phone conversations.
In case you had upgraded Tapit Web Reports and afterwards determined that the virtual folder does not exist you need to recreate it.
You can do this by following instructions from the TapitWebReadme.pdf file,
"Replay Web Player" chapter, section "Creating ReplayFiles Virtual Folder In IIS".
