call recording for Voice over IP phone systems
|

Replay_VoIP is designed to record
phone conversations over VoIP phone
systems that use the Session Initiation
Protocol (SIP). It is ideal for contact
centers, SMBs, law enforcement and
remote agents. It runs unobtrusively
on the network and allows authorized
personnel to search and retrieve calls
via a user-friendly browser-based
interface. By installing the Replay_VoIP
users can perform quality monitoring,
legal compliance and dispute resolution.

The Installation
and Configuration Process:
The Replay_VoIP
is installed on the Windows XP or Windows
Server Computer. It runs as a service, ensuring
that it starts automatically if the server
goes down. The user interface Web application
runs on Microsoft’s Internet Information Server.
Usually you will want to install it on the
same server that the Replay_VoIP runs on.
However, it can be installed on another server
if you prefer a distributed architecture.
The Network Interface Card on the Replay_VoIP
server is connected to your network switch.
Configure the switch to mirror all packets
to that port (in Cisco parlance, set that
port up as a span port). |
