This database will provide samples of SMDR data
from all of the phone systems that are supported
by Trisys, Inc. software. It can be used to determine
the appropriate format name to select in Tapit EX
or Tality. It is important to note that some formats
go by the original manufacturer, i.e. AT&T instead
of Lucent, and others may be listed under a switch
that had the format first and our software will
reference that format. When in doubt contact Tech

Technical Support can be contacted by telephone

If prompted to leave a voice mail message, or when
sending an email, please include the caller's name,
serial number of the product, a return phone number
and a brief description of the problem being experienced
and a trained technician will promptly get back
to you. Please remember to have the serial number
of your Trisys Software handy when calling Technical
Support. |

| End User Training Presentations
End User Training (EUT
TAPIT and EUT
TALITY) is now available in the form of an MS
PowerPointŪ presentation slide show which is viewer
paced and is narrated to provide the most content
in the smallest package.
NOTE: As the presentations are narrated
a sound card and speakers are required to use these
training presentations.
To download and install on the computer you are
currently using click EUT
TAPIT or EUT
TALITY and then click Open
. To download and install on a separate computer
click EUT
TAPIT or EUT
TALITY and then click Save.
The saved file, EUT.exe, can then be copied to another
computer and installed there by running EUT.exe.
The presentation will install to the C:\Tapitw32\Eut\
folder. To run the presentation, after the first
time, open Eut.htm. |

all registered software (no refunds will be
