If you have a version prior to Tapit Web Reports 4.1.5.0 (versions prior 4.1.5.0 were distributed on TAPIT EX CDs 4.1.4 and ealier) installed on your computer, uninstall it using the Start/Tapit Web Reports/Uninstall Tapit Reports option prior to a new Tapit Web Reports installation.
If you are upgrading 4.1.5.0 or later version (TAPIT EX CD 4.1.5 and later) of Tapit Web Reports You can simply run new installation without uninstalling. Old files will be updated.

If you neglect to do this, uninstalling will delete your permission settings - for more information on installation see Readme file, the Upgrading TAPIT Web Reports ver. 4.1.5 and higher topic of the Upgrading TAPIT Web Reports section.
