The following files should be downloaded
and used only if advised by a Trisys, Inc. Software
Support Technician. Using these files with an
incorrect version of the software will cause
the program to malfunction and database will
become corrupt and unrecoverable.
SMDR2K.EXE
Smdr2k.exe is a downloadable update file that updates SMDR Monitor32 to reflect
the most current changes to telephone formats and other improvements supported
by Tapit 2000. For all versions before and inclusive of 3.1.903 add the
following to the [Storage] section of the Tapit.ini file: Supp10DigDial=0.
This will disable the new 10 digit processing feature of the SMDR Monitor32 as
those versions cannot process the new output.
RMUPDATE.EXE
RMUPDATE.EXE is a downloadable update file for Remote Manager used with
Tapit 2000. It incorporates the newest telephone system files formats to
date. It is advisable to update the SMDR Monitor32 utility at the same
time using SMDR2K.EXE noted above.
TPLOADER.EXE
TPLOADER.EXE is a downloadable update file for Remote Manager's Loader used
with Tapit 2000. It incorporates recent changes and updates.
TAPITAPP.BAK
Tapitapp.bak is a downloadable update file for Tapit 2000 to address post
production changes made to the software. One of the changes addresses the
addition of the QQQ pricing entry for Domestic Long Distance Override when
using V&H. This also affects the way NNN works compared to previous
versions. This file is 11.7MB (12,355,584 bytes) and should only be downloaded
using a fast internet connection where the Tapit 2000 computer has internet
access or is on a network that does.
Install by copying this file into the tapitw32/bak
sub folder, overwriting the one that is there. Run Tapit Repair
and choose Restore Files, Select Tapit Application File
and click Restore. Once completed click Close
and then Exit.
