Support Renewal

With the purchase of any Trisys solution, users receive one full year of technical support included. After your first year, extended support renewals can be purchased. By renewing, you are granted access to: software implementation, updates and training services flexible to meet your unique business needs.

Trisys offers extended support for its retired products and systems, which are currently under support, not to exceed 3 years after end-of-life date. Trisys does not offer hardware warranty on products 7+years or older. We do not offer support renewal contract for products running on deprecated operating systems (Windows XP or Windows 2003 Server) or browsers, however limited support on T&M basis is available for those not under support.
